Childcare Chat has been created by ABC Learning Centres. While ABC will host and run the forum, we will not be influencing or editing the conversations which happen on Childcare Chat. However, any inappropriate content is forbidden and will be assessed and dealt with according to Moderator discretion.
First and foremost, this forum is designed for parents. We encourage honest and real feedback from those who currently attend ABC, those considering ABC and those who have previously enrolled at ABC. We also welcome feedback and conversation from friends, families and anyone who has had an ABC story.
This forum is designed to help existing ABC parents and those considering ABC with any questions or queries they may have about putting their children in childcare. We understand that the most reliable information will come from you! We also realise that by listening to what parents have to say about ABC and childcare in Australia we can constantly improve on the quality of care given to your children.
There are a number of ways to get involved. You can be an active contributor by asking or answering questions, posting videos explaining your experience or starting new threads of conversation. However, if you prefer to browse what other parents have written that’s fine as well!
Please let us know straight away via the Report a Problem button. It is extremely important to us that this forum is a place where everyone can feel comfortable to contribute and question. While we expect that there may be some debate, any contributions which are personal insults, using inappropriate language or deliberately misleading will not be tolerated. We rely on you to monitor this as well as our staff who will have a constant eye on all posted content.
